New Issue: BofA prices $1 million capped buffered enhanced return notes tied to index, ETF

Columbus, Ohio, March 3 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1 million of 0% capped buffered enhanced return notes due March 5, 2026 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 300% of any gain in the least performing underlier, up to a to the maximum redemption amount of par plus 50%.

Investors will receive par if any underlier falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer beyond 15%.
