New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.52 million uncapped dual directional accelerated barrier notes on Stoxx

Chicago, Feb. 24 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.52 million of 0% uncapped dual directional accelerated barrier notes due Feb. 23, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index gains the payout at maturity will be par plus 150.25% of the return of the index.

The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return if the index declines but finishes at or above the 60% barrier.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines if it ends below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
