New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.46 million 7.5% autocallable yield notes linked to Stoxx, Nikkei, S&P
New York, Dec. 13 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.46 million of autocallable yield notes due Dec. 11, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, Nikkei 225 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Investors will receive a coupon of 7.5%, paid quarterly.
The securities will be called automatically at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date.
If the worst performing index ends at or above its 60% downside threshold, payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
