New Issue: GS Finance sells $971,000 underlier-linked notes on Stoxx index, EM ETF

Chicago, Nov. 17 – GS Finance Corp. priced $971,000 of 0% underlier-linked notes due March 9, 2028 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If each underlier finishes at or above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 3.09 times the return of the lesser-performing underlier.

If either underlier falls but neither falls by more than 30%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing underlier declines from its initial level.
