New Issue: JPMorgan prices $481,000 review notes linked to indexes, ETF

Chicago, Aug. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $481,000 of 0% review notes due Jan. 20, 2027 linked to the iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF, Euro Stoxx 50 index and Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing asset ends at or above its 60% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing asset declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.
The notes will be called automatically starting Jan. 18, 2023 and on any subsequent annual review date at a premium of 8% per year if the worst performing asset closes at or above its initial value.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
