Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.93 million of 0% autocallable enhanced participation equity notes due July 31, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 20.6% call premium if the index closes at or above initial level on Aug. 7, 2023.
If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
