New Issue: GS Finance sells $286,000 leveraged buffered notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, July 7 – GS Finance Corp. priced $286,000 of 0% leveraged buffered index-linked notes due Dec. 30, 2026 tied to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.72 times the index gain.

If the index falls by up to 30%, investors will receive par plus the absolute value of the index’s return. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the index.
