New Issue: Citigroup prices $450,000 market-linked notes on index basket
Chicago, June 23 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $450,000 of 0% market-linked notes due June 15, 2027 linked to an equally-weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any basket gain capped at 40%. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline of the basket with a minimum payout of $900 per $1,000 note.
