New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.67 million review notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50, MSCI Emerging Markets

New York, May 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.67 million of 0% review notes due April 27, 2026 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the worst performing index ends above its 70% downside threshold the payout at maturity will be par. Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the downside threshold level.

The notes will be called automatically starting April 25, 2023 and on any subsequent annual review date at a premium of 16% per year if the worst performing index closes above 100%, 97.5%, 95% and 92.5% of its initial value on the successive determination dates.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
