Buffalo, N.Y., April 12 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $3.07 million 0% digital buffered notes due Jan. 26, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 19%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
