New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.09 million trigger jump securities linked to two indexes

New York, April 7 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.09 million of 0% trigger jump securities due April 5, 2027 linked to the MSCI Emerging Markets index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the return of the worst performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of that index's return and 75%. Investors will receive par if the worst performing index declines but finishes at or above the trigger level and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines if it finishes below the trigger level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
