New Issue: GS Finance sells $1.17 million market-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Buffalo, N.Y., April 4 – GS Finance Corp. priced $1.17 million of 0% market-linked notes due May 4, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at par plus 60%. If the index falls, the payout will be par.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter.
