New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $5.09 million digital index-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, March 21 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $5.09 million of 0% digital notes due Sept. 1, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index return is greater than or equal to initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 26.3%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed the index decline.
