Buffalo, N.Y., March 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $5.09 million of 0% index-linked notes due March 1, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If index finishes flat or gains, the payout at maturity will be the greater of par plus the index return and par plus the 51.2% threshold settlement amount.
Investors will be fully exposed to any index decline.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
