New Issue: JPMorgan sells $542,000 uncapped accelerated barrier notes on Stoxx, EM ETF

Chicago, March 14 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $542,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due Sept. 19, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.8835 times any gain of the worst performing asset.

If either asset falls but each finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing asset.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
