Buffalo, N.Y., March 1 – BofA Finance LLC priced $13.01 million of 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes due Feb. 26, 2027 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.55 times any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 20%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
