New Issue: Scotiabank prices $6.21 million digital notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 19 – Bank of Nova Scotia priced $6.21 million of 0% digital notes due Jan. 18, 2024 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be $1,131 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
