New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $434,000 buffered accelerated return notes on Stoxx, MSCI EAFE

Chicago, Jan. 14 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $434,000 of 0% buffered accelerated return equity securities due Dec. 20, 2024 linked to the lowest performing of the MSCI EAFE index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each underlier closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the return of the lesser performing underlier.

Investors will receive par if either underlier falls by 25% or less and will lose 1.3333% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 25%.
