Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 31 – Toronto-Dominion Bank priced $4.12 million of 0% autocallable buffered notes due Dec. 20, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of 9.4% if the index closes at or above its initial level on Dec. 27, 2022.
If the notes are not called and the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the index return.
If the index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.
Investors will lose 1.1111% for each 1% index decline beyond 10%.
