New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.55 million of buffered accelerated return equity securities on ETF, index

Chicago, Dec. 22 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.55 million of 0% buffered accelerated return equity securities due Aug. 29, 2024 linked to the least performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each asset closes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.64 times the return of the least performing asset.

Investors will receive par if the least performing asset falls by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performer declines beyond 10%.
