New Issue: BofA prices $2.04 million notes linked to a weighted, mixed basket

Buffalo, N.Y., Nov. 8 – BofA Finance LLC priced $2.04 million of 0% notes due Nov. 6, 2026 linked to a weighted basket of indexes and an ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 35% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 35% weight, the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 20% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with an 10% weight.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the basket.

If the basket declines but finishes at or above its 65% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to basket decline.
