New Issue: GS Finance sells $7.5 million trigger digital notes tied to Nikkei, Stoxx, Nasdaq

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 26 – GS Finance Corp. priced $7.5 million of 0% trigger digital notes due Nov. 9, 2022 linked to the Nikkei 225 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If each index finishes at or above its 75% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.45%.

If the worst performer finishes below the 75% downside threshold, investors lose 1% for every 1% decline of that index from its initial level.

Goldman Sachs & Co. and UBS Financial Services Inc. are the agents.
