New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $292,000 trigger jump securities on MSCI EM, Stoxx

New York, Aug. 30 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $292,000 of 0% trigger jump securities due Feb. 26, 2026 linked to the least performing of the MSCI Emerging Markets index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes above its initial level, investors will receive at maturity the greater of par plus the return of the worst performer or par plus the 60% upside payment.

If the worst performer declines, but finishes above its 70% downside threshold level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index from its initial level.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
