New Issue: Barclays prices $929,000 barrier SuperTrack notes linked to MSCI EAFE, Euro Stoxx

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $929,000 of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due May 19, 2026 linked to the least performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the least-performer’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.3 times the least-performer’s return. If the least-performer declines by 35% or less, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the least-performing underlier declines from its initial level if it falls by more than 35%.
