New Issue: GS Finance sells $324,000 index-linked notes on S&P, Stoxx

Chicago, June 14 – GS Finance Corp. priced $324,000 of 0% index-linked notes due May 29, 2026 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.

If the return of each index is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the return of the lesser performing index and 25%.

If the least performing index falls by up to 35%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the lesser performing index return.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses of the lesser-performing index.
