Chicago, July 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.96 million of 0% uncapped digital barrier notes due July 2, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the lesser performing index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the lesser performing index’s return and the digital upside return of 65%.
If the final level of either index is less than its initial level but the final level of each index is greater than or equal to its barrier level, 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par.
If the lesser performing index finishes below 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus the return with full exposure to the losses of the worst performer.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
