Chicago, June 21 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $356,000 of 0% market-linked notes due May 26, 2027 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at 55%. If the index falls, investors will be exposed to the loss of the index up to 5% of par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
