New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.28 million market-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, May 11 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.28 million of 0% market-linked notes due April 27, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain. If the index falls, investors will be exposed to the loss of the index up to 5% of par.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
