New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.74 million buffered PLUS on Euro Stoxx 50

Chicago, April 21 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.74 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Oct. 4, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 200% of the index return, subject to a maximum payout of $12.17 per PLUS. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 10% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 10%.
