New Issue: GS Finance prices $19.98 million market-linked notes on Euro Stoxx 50

Los Angeles, April 5 – GS Finance Corp. priced $19.98 million of 0% market-linked notes due April 5, 2028 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities are guaranteed by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the index gain, capped at $15.70 per note. If the index finishes flat or declines, investors will receive par.
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is the underwriter with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as dealer.
