New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.07 million barrier securities on Euro Stoxx 50

Los Angeles, Feb. 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.07 million of 0% barrier securities due Jan. 27, 2027 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 181.25% times any index gain.
If the index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the index from its initial level.
