New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $3 million digital buffered notes on Stoxx

Chicago, Dec. 15 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $3 million of 0% digital buffered notes due Nov. 16, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the 85% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be $1,101.00 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline beyond the 15% buffer.
