New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $2.95 million digital buffered notes on Stoxx

Chicago, Sept. 25 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $2.95 million of 0% digital buffered notes due June 22, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above the 87.5% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment of 11.7%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 12.5% buffer.
