Olympia, Wash., June 26 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $70,000 of 0% contingent buffered digital notes due June 23, 2022 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final value of each asset is greater than or equal to 80% of its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus 17.25%.
If either asset falls by more than 20%, investors will be fully exposed to the lesser-performing asset’s decline from its initial value.
