New Issue: Citi sells $1.99 million dual directional barrier securities on Stoxx 50, EAFE ETF

Columbus, Ohio, June 12 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.99 million of 0% dual directional barrier securities due June 10, 2025 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the worst performing asset finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 212% of the return of the least performing asset.
If the worst performing asset falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the worst performing asset.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing asset.
