New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.43 million digital buffered notes linked to Euro Stoxx 50

Columbus, Ohio, April 23 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.43 million of 0% digital buffered notes due July 13, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is at least 90% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 14.24%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 10%.
