European Stability Mechanism three-year notes talked at SOFR mid-swaps plus 30 bps area

Chicago, Sept. 7 – European Stability Mechanism is on deck for Thursday pricing of its dollar-denominated benchmark offering of fixed-rate notes due Sept. 14, 2026, according to a market source.
Initial price talk is in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 30 basis points area.
BofA Securities, Inc., Credit Agricole CIB and TD Global Finance are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The issuer is a Luxembourg-based intergovernmental organization that provides financial assistance to member states.
