Moody’s changes European Stability view to stable

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed the outlook on European Stability Mechanism to stable from positive and affirmed the Aa1 long-term issuer rating.

The key driver for the change in outlook to stable from positive is the change in the outlook on France’s Aa2 rating to stable from positive on Feb. 21. France is one of the key European Stability Mechanism shareholders, Moody’s said.
