EIB offers dollar-denominated global notes due 2028

Buffalo, N.Y., Aug. 22 – The European Investment Bank is offering dollar-denominated global notes due Oct. 16, 2028, according to information relayed by a market source.

The notes are being talked in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 35 basis points area.

BMO, Citigroup and RBC are the bookrunners.

The lender for the European Union is based in Kirchberg, Luxembourg.
