New Issue: EBRD places another $75 million 4.375% global notes due March 2028

Chicago, Oct. 5 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development placed another $75 million of notes on top of an issue that has already undergone many additions, the 4.375% global notes due March 9, 2028 that were issued originally on March 9, according to a pricing supplement.

The issue price for the new add-on was 99.376 to yield 4.53%.

HSBC handled syndication on the offering.

Proceeds will be used in the ordinary capital resources of the issuer and used in its ordinary operations.

As previously reported, listing will be on the London Stock Exchange.

The financial institution is based in London.
