EBRD talks five-year Covid-19 notes at mid-swaps plus 5 bps area

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 21 – The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (Aaa/AAA/AAA) offered initial price talk for a dollar-denominated offering of global Covid-19 notes due Jan. 28, 2026, according to a market source.

The notes are talked in the mid-swaps plus 5 basis points area.

Pricing was expected Thursday.

BMO Capital Markets Corp., Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the bookrunners.

The financial institution is based in London.
