Belgium’s Euronav starts investor meetings on Monday for dollar bonds

Chicago, Aug. 27 – Euronav NV scheduled investor meetings that start Monday for a dollar-denominated bond issue with a five-year tenor, according to a press release.

The company has hired DNB Markets, Nordea and Arctic Securities AS to arrange the meetings.

In connection with the bond issue, the company may consider a conditional buyback of its bonds maturing May 31, 2022.

Proceeds from the new issue would refinance the 2022 bonds and any remaining proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes.

The issuer is an Antwerp, Belgium-based operator of oil tankers.
