Eurofresh seeks approval to change name to EF23 following asset sale

Pittsburgh, May 30 - Eurofresh, Inc. asked the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona to change its name to EF23, Inc. as a result of the sale of substantially all of its assets to Zona Acquisition Co., LLC, according to a Thursday court filing.

The company said the Eurofresh, Inc. name was sold to Zona.

Eurofresh, a Willcox, Ariz.-based greenhouse tomato and cucumber producer, filed for bankruptcy on Jan. 27. Its Chapter 11 case number is 13-01125.
