Eurofins Scientific talks €300 million no-grow sale of perpetual securities at 3 3/8% area

Tupelo, Miss., Sept. 4 – Eurofins Scientific S.E. is offering €300 million of perpetual securities in an offering not expected to grow on Wednesday, according to a news release.

Initial price talk is in the 3 3/8% area.

Natixis and Credit Agricole are the bookrunners. The stabilization managers include Citigroup Global Markets and MUFG.

The securities are non-callable for three years.

The stabilization period started on Wednesday and is expected to conclude after 30 days.

Eurofins Scientific is a Luxembourg-based group of laboratories that provides testing and support services to governments and industries, including in pharmaceuticals, food and agriscience.
