New Issue: Russia's EuroChem sells $750 million 5.125% notes due 2017 at par

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 6 - EuroChem Global Investments Ltd. priced $750 million 5.125% notes due 2017 (//BB) at par on Wednesday, according to a syndicate source.

BNP Paribas, Barclays, Citigroup and Sberbank were joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The fertilizer company is based in Moscow.
