Russia's EuroChem Global to price dollar-denominated notes due 2017

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 4 - EuroChem Global Investments Ltd. is planning to sell dollar-denominated notes due 2017, according to a syndicate source.

BNP Paribas, Barclays, Citigroup and Sberbank are managing the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Fitch Ratings has assigned a BB rating to the notes.

The fertilizer company is based in Moscow.
