Eurobank Ergasias partially cancels €150 million series 3 covered bonds due 2021

New York, Feb. 7 – Eurobank Ergasias SA announced that it has partially canceled €150 million series 3 floating-rate covered bonds due January 2021, according to a notice.

Following the cancelation, €500 million of the series 3 bonds remain outstanding and continue to be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

The notes were issued under a €5 billion global covered bond program established Oct. 15, 2018.

The issuer is based in Athens.
