Knoxville, Tenn., July 24 - Eureka Energy Ltd. announced that it has entered an agreement to raise A$3 million through a private placement.
The company sold 9,375,000 shares at A$0.32 per share.
Proceeds will be used for the company's Sugarloaf project and for general working capital.
Bell Potter Securities Ltd., Stripe Capital, which is the representative of Australian Stockbroking and Advisory Services Ltd., and Tolhurst Noall Ltd. are the investors.
Eureka is an oil and gas exploration company based in Perth, Australia.
