Kazakhstan's Eurasian Development Bank to issue dollar notes as part of tender offer

Atlanta, Sept. 4 - Kazakhstan's Eurasian Development Bank is planning to issue dollar-denominated notes as part of a tender offer for its outstanding $500 million 7 3/8% notes due 2014, according to a company announcement.

BNP Paribas, JPMorgan, HSBC and Deutsche Bank are the dealer-managers for the transaction.

The new notes are part of the company's $3.5 billion medium-term note program.

The bank is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
