Moody's gives A1 to Eugene, Ore., electric bonds
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A1 rating and stable outlook to the City of Eugene, Ore., electric utility system revenue and refunding bonds, series 2008, totaling $91.84 million.
Sale of the bonds is expected on June 25.
In addition, Moody's affirmed the A1 underlying rating on the utility's outstanding $211.3 million in electric revenue bonds.
The series 2008 bonds are being issued to refund the electric utility's outstanding series 1998 bonds and to finance a portion of the Roosevelt Building Project.
